Yoga Instructor

Diana Robinson Dankosky

Yoga Instructor

Diana is a licensed occupational therapist, who has been working in the field since 2002. She has enjoyed positions as an OT working in elementary schools, in a clinic setting with children on the autistic spectrum, home health, acute rehabilitation, and currently in long term acute care. Her passion for using a holistic treatment model developed as she faced health problems of her own, turning to modalities including yoga, reiki, massage, and meditation. Soon, she began incorporating yoga and meditation into her treatments with clients and found that it opened the door to another area of practice.

Diana specializes in treatment of fatigue, depression, anxiety, and pain as well as strength training, time management, relaxation strategies, and ergonomic analysis. Her goal is to help her clients to engage in daily meaningful activity and to empower them to enhance the quality their lives. She is also a reiki master and is currently in training to be a yoga instructor. Diana enjoys regular meditation, yoga, walking and jogging, hiking, knitting, journaling, and loves to work on her art work, which she hopes to show one day.

Yoga Instructor

Kelly Thompson, RYT

Yoga Instructor

Kelly has practiced various types of yoga and meditation since childhood, but began practicing formally in 1990. She has taught adults and children in London, UK and Carlisle, PA since 2004. She has gravitated to teaching:

Following 4 years of extensive training and apprenticing with her own yoga mentors and teachers, Kelly now invites students to experience her own blend of yoga at Simply Well, with a focus on making yoga accessible to everyone as a holistic approach to life, rather than as a finite physical experience limited to the yoga studio.

Kelly teaches both group and individual classes, depending on the needs of the client. She shares the philosophy of great modern-era yogi Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya as quoted by his son, T.K.V. Desikachar in The Heart of Yoga, that “The starting point is never the teacher’s needs, but those of the student….There is not one approach for everybody.” She is also a firm believer that we are all students and that the more we learn, the more there is to know.

Kelly obtained her Yoga Teacher Diploma through the Life Centre’s (London UK) 18-month teacher training, widely respected for its non-dogmatic style and its quality of teaching, as well as through Fluid Form Yoga Teacher Training. She is Yoga Alliance certified. She graduated from Carlisle High School, holds a BA in Spanish, a Spanish Studies Diploma, and a Masters of Social Work. Kelly has also taught English as a Second Language in Spain, and worked as a social worker and a government relations director in Washington, DC. Most importantly to her, she is the mom of two very active, athletic, academic, amazing kids!

Yoga Instructor

Lisa Stets, RYT

Yoga Instructor

Lisa took her first Yoga class in 1997 and fell in love with the practice. The practice of Yoga quickly became natural medicine for finding peace in a chaotic world. As long as you show up to practice Yoga, in any form, it provides a steady stream of healing and insight. In 2008, she was drawn to share her love of Yoga with others. She completed her RYT training in the form of Prana Flow® with Maria Garre through Shiva Rea’s Samudra School of Living Yoga. She is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered instructor, and has completed 100 hours of study toward attaining her 500 hour RYT. She is also certified in Anjali Restorative Yoga through Shannon-Paige of Boulder, CO, and in Aerial Yoga through Jayne Bernasconi of Baltimore MD. She considers herself an eternal student of Yoga, and loves studying to deepen her knowledge and practice. Lisa studied dance as a child and has since been inspired by movement and the flow of nature. Her classes are filled with that inspiration through music, and thoughtful sequencing. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing Yoga, swimming, kayaking, rock climbing, and spending time with her husband and pets.
