About Yoga

Yoga at Simply Well was founded by Carlisle native Michele Landis in May 2010.

We are a Yoga studio that provides a variety of weekly classes, special events, workshops, private group events, personalized sessions and more. Our group yoga and pilates mat classes are taught by professional certified instructors. We also offer prenatal yoga, group meditation and private and personal group yoga sessions.

Students may drop in to any class for a nominal fee, or they may purchase a multi-class punch card at a discounted rate.  We encourage you to use our modern secure MindBody software to reserve and manage online booking. Click here for MindBody.

Yoga at Simply Well also hosts special events throughout the year, including the Simply Well Hiking Club, Natural Mothering Support Group, films, cooking classes and healthy-eating and other wellness workshops.  Contact us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) today to book our studio for your special event.

Our trained teachers strive to provide you with a comfortable and supportive space to practice.  To help you have the best experience please:

• Wear layered comfortable clothing.

• Be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. Classes are done in bare feet.

• Bring a bottle of water.

• Refrain from eating heavy foods before class.

• Most classes last 60-90 minutes, with some exceptions.



Our beautiful hard wood floor studio space provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to support your desire to get away and experience the care and nurturing you deserve.  Our studio is lined with vibrant plants and 2 working fireplaces that give the room a natural and inviting environment. We have mats, blankets, straps, blocks, eye pillows, and hand towels offered to you for no extra charge.  A changing area and bathrooms are also available.  Whether you want to challenge yourself with a vigorous flow, relax with our deeply restorative classes, or learn about healthy eating, Yoga at Simply Well offers something for everyone.  

We also have a parking lot directly behind the building so you don’t have to feed the meters!  Feel free to enter through our garden entrance in the rear.  Studio is on the second floor.
